WHO RECEIVES THIS WARRANTY (PURCHASER): The original purchaser (other than for purposes of resale) of the Campbell Hausfeld pressure washer.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Substantial defects on material and workmanship which occur within the duration of the warranty period on any Campbell Hausfeld Pressure Washer supplied or manufactured by the Warrantor with the exceptions noted below.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
- Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AS STATED IN THE DURATION. If this pressure washer is used for commercial, industrial or rental purposes, the warranty will apply for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Some States do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
- ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY DEFECT, FAILURE, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE CAMPBELL HAUSFELD PRESSURE WASHER. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. C. Any failure that results from shipping damage, accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to install and operate pressure washer in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied with product.
- Pre-delivery service, i.e. assembly, oil or lubricants and adjustment.
- Items or service normally required to maintain the pressure washer.
- Gasoline engine and components are expressly excluded from coverage under this limited warranty. Such components should be returned by the purchaser to the original manufacturer or to its authorized repair stations for service.
- Normal wear items such as high pressure hoses, water and oil seals, o-rings, valves, lances and spray tips.
- Motor brushes (Electric models only).
- Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with functionality.
- Rusted components.
- Pump wear or valve damage caused by using improper oil, oil contamination or by failure to follow proper oil maintenance guidelines.
- Provide dated proof of purchase and maintenance records.
- Deliver or ship the Campbell Hausfeld pressure washer or component to nearest Campbell Hausfeld Authorized Service Center. Freight costs, if any, must be borne by the purchaser.
- Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the pressure washer as described in the owner’s manual(s).
Additional items not covered under the warranty:
RESPONSIBILITIES OF WARRANTOR UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, pressure washer or component which is defective, has malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF PURCHASER UNDER THIS WARRANTY:
WHEN WARRANTOR WILL PERFORM REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacement parts.This Limited Warranty applies in the U.S., Canada and Mexico only and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.

After scouring my large condo deck by hand several times, using bleach, soap and every other imaginable cleaning agent together with a good hose nozzle, I began to give up hope of ever getting it really clean again. My chiropractor said he has a large deck and recommended a 'small pressure washer'. After checking online, I found this one, which was also on sale . .. why not, yes? Thrilled to say it was more than powerful enough to rid the light coloured deck of ground in grime, without soap or any other cleaning product. GREAT for floors, clearly.
It truly handles up-close dirt, but is NOT a fire hose with the power to scale tall buildings!! If you're trying to wash
a house, best to check some other product. This one will do up close brilliantly ~~!!

Right out of the box this unit was a snap to get up and running.
The direction are straight forward, short and to the point.
Ran for 6 hours straight power washing my deck. Did a very good job, and did not rip into the wood. Although it has the ability to do that if you are not careful.
No messing around with gas - GREAT.
Nice long extension electric cord - GREAT.
Good long spray hose - GREAT.
Quality spray wand - GREAT.

Portable and powerful enough to tackal jobs around the house. Uses very little water 1.3 gal per minute, uses much less water than using a garden hose under normal pressure. Auto pump shut off when trigger is released.

I haven't even tried it yet! But I have complete faith in the quality since it replaces my old one that was just like it. I did try another brand and found it to be less powerful even though the gpm was higher. I returned it and bought this instead.

I just purchased this little beauty after my gas rig blew it's pump. It may not produce 2000 psi but it gets the job done. No assembly required just put the two pieces of the wand together attach the hose and plug her in. Best feature is the power trigger in the handle. I washed my house this past weekend with ease. No cons on this one.

This is the second washer I have purchased. The first one lasted just over five years. I am an older women, 70 to be exact, and find this just the right size for me to operate. It's lightweight and easy to hook up. I use it to wash my car, clean my deck and wash the garage and house siding. It does a very nice job for me.
